Changing Your Email or Password
You can update your email address or password from Account Settings at any time.
Changing your password
Go to Settings → Account
Open Settings from the sidebar and click the Account tab.
Click Change Password
Find the Password section and click Change Password.
Enter your current password
Type your existing password to verify your identity.
Enter a new password
Choose a strong password — at least 12 characters with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.
Confirm and save
Re-enter the new password and click Save Password.
Changing your email address
Go to Settings → Account
Open Account Settings.
Click Edit next to your email
Enter your new email address.
Verify the new address
A verification email is sent to the new address. Click the link in that email to confirm the change.
Tip:Use a password manager to generate and store a strong unique password for your HomeRecall account.
