Understanding Your Invoice

HomeRecall generates a receipt for every payment. You can view and download all past invoices from the Billing section.

Go to Settings → Billing
Open Settings and click Billing.

Scroll to Billing History
Find the Billing History or Invoices section.

Click an invoice
Click on any payment to view its details.

Download the PDF
Click Download PDF to save a copy for your records.
Note:Invoices are issued by Paddle (our payment processor) and include their tax registration details. If you need a VAT invoice with your company details, contact support.
