Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your HomeRecall subscription at any time. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Go to Settings → Billing
Open Settings from the sidebar, then click the Billing tab.
Click Cancel Plan
Scroll down to find the Cancel Plan option.
Select a reason (optional)
Help us improve by telling us why you're cancelling.
Confirm cancellation
Click Confirm Cancellation. You'll receive a confirmation email.
Note:After cancellation, your account stays active until the end of your current billing period. You can export all your data at any time — before or after cancellation.
Tip:Export your inventory and documents before cancelling so you have a local copy of everything.
