Viewing and Upgrading Your Plan

HomeRecall offers two plans — Starter ($9/month) and Family ($19/month). You can upgrade, downgrade, or view your current plan from Settings at any time.

Go to Settings

Click Settings in the sidebar.

Select Billing

Open the Billing tab.

View your current plan

Your plan, renewal date, and next payment are shown at the top.

Click Upgrade Plan

Select the plan you want to switch to.

Confirm

Review the pricing and click Confirm Upgrade. Changes take effect immediately.

Plan comparison

  • Starter ($9/mo): 1 user, up to 2 properties, 500 items, 5 GB storage
  • Family ($19/mo): up to 5 users, unlimited properties, unlimited items, 25 GB storage

Tip:If you upgrade mid-cycle, you'll only be charged the prorated difference for the remaining days in your billing period.
