Deleting Your Account

You can permanently delete your HomeRecall account at any time. This removes all your data from our servers.

Export your data first

Before deleting, export your inventory and download your documents. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.

Go to Settings → Account

Open Account Settings.

Click Delete Account

Scroll to the Danger Zone and click Delete Account.

Confirm deletion

Type DELETE to confirm. Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

Warning:Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All homes, rooms, items, documents, maintenance records, and billing history will be erased.

Note:If you have an active subscription, it will be cancelled automatically when your account is deleted. You won't be charged again.
