Maintenance History is a permanent, searchable log of everything that's been done on your home — a complete service record in one place.

Go to Maintenance
Click Maintenance in the sidebar.

Click History
Select the History tab to view completed tasks.

Filter and search
Filter by date range, task type, or linked item to find specific records.

Open a record
Click any completed task to see its full details — date, notes, cost, and attachments.
Tip:Your maintenance history is one of the most valuable things you can hand to a home buyer. It proves you've taken care of the property.
