Setting Recurring Reminders

Last updated: June 20262 min read

Recurring tasks repeat automatically on a schedule — monthly, quarterly, annually, or at any custom interval. Set them once and HomeRecall handles the reminders forever.

1

Create or edit a task

Go to Maintenance and create a new task or open an existing one.

2

Enable Recurring

Toggle on the Recurring switch.

3

Set the interval

Choose how often it should repeat: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Every 3 months, Every 6 months, Annually, or Custom.

4

Set an end date (optional)

Choose when the recurrence should stop, or leave it open-ended.

5

Save

Click Save. HomeRecall will automatically create the next instance of the task when the current one is completed.

Tip:Use recurring tasks for seasonal maintenance: air conditioner service (spring), heating service (fall), gutter cleaning (after leaf season), and pest control.

Note:When you mark a recurring task as complete, HomeRecall automatically creates the next one at the correct interval.
