Creating Your First Home
Your first home is the foundation of everything in HomeRecall. Once it's created, you can add rooms, items, documents, and maintenance records to it.
Open the Homes section
Click Homes in the left sidebar. If you're on mobile, tap the menu icon at the bottom of the screen.
Click Add Home
Tap the + Add Home button in the top-right corner of the Homes page.
Enter your property details
Fill in the home name (e.g. '42 Maple Street'), property type (house, apartment, condo, etc.), and an optional address.
Add a cover photo (optional)
Upload a photo of your home's exterior. This helps you quickly identify it when switching between multiple properties.
Save your home
Click Save Home. HomeRecall will create your property and take you straight into it.
Tip:You can create unlimited homes on the Family plan. Starter plan users can add up to 2 properties.
Note:After creating your home, the next step is to add rooms. Rooms let you organize items by the spaces they live in — kitchen, living room, garage, and so on.
