Archiving or Removing a Property
If you've sold a home or no longer need it in HomeRecall, you can archive it (hides it from view but keeps all data) or permanently delete it.
Archiving a home
Open the home
Go to Homes and click on the property you want to archive.
Open Settings
Click the gear icon or Settings option on the home page.
Select Archive Home
Click Archive Home. The property will be hidden from your active homes list but all data is preserved.
Deleting a home permanently
Open Home Settings
Navigate to the home's Settings page.
Click Delete Home
Scroll to the Danger Zone section and click Delete Home.
Confirm deletion
Type the home name to confirm. This action cannot be undone.
Warning:Deleting a home permanently removes all rooms, items, documents, and maintenance records associated with it. Export your data first if you need to keep records.
